Panorama Restaurant The largest restaurant complex in Ajara has opened in Batumi.

Panorama is a multi-level restaurant complex – a unique project with a 360° view, open terrace and cuisine from the first Georgian chef mentioned by Michelin Guide Izo Dzandzava. The restaurant is located on the last four floors in the central building of ORBI Sea Towers.

Each level has its own mood and inspired by the DNA of Georgian culture. The 31st floor is called Kartuli Supra (ქართული სუფრა – Georgian feast), the 32nd floor is Sargan space, where the restaurant serves fish menu, the 33rd floor is a wine tasting area called Merikipe, and the 34th is Terrace 360° with a bar. At the Panorama restaurant you will feel like the dearest guest at a colorful and generous Georgian feast, whether you are in the company of hundreds of friends or on a chamber date for two.

The menu contains all the classics of Georgian cuisine – recipes that are passed down from generation to generation in the Izo Dzandzava`s family. There is also a place for the author's reading, innovation and gastronomic vision. The restaurant complex Panorama is full of aesthetic and gastronomic impressions. Open kitchens, innovative technologies, unique interpretation of Georgian cuisine, high level of service and incredible collection of the rarest Georgian wines.

In 2021 the Michelin Guide named one of Izo Dzandzava`s restaurant Elarji as a must-visit place.

Izo Zandzava's culinary journey began at an early age: her mother and grandmother initiated her into the secrets of cooking delicious food. Therefore, she also strives to cook dishes in restaurants exclusively from her own homemade recipes.

“I was brought up in a family where elders were honored, children were respected and they were very fond of receiving guests. Throughout my childhood, I watched my grandmother and mother try to cook something special and tasty, and I really liked it. I saved all these recipes and now I use them.
